Brief Answer:
Monitor only for now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this blood that you observed and all the disturbing thoughts that this has caused you. It is not rare to observe blood once in your stool as minor traumas/abrasion as feces passes out could this responsible for this. This is very much observed when the stools are hard. If it should happen consistently, then we have to fight harder to address this.

For now, monitor and report any further occurrences. If it doesn't happen again, give your age and general health status, there is no reason to get worried about it. If it does, report to me for further action.

If your stools are hard, I encourage you to drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegetables often and also exercise regularly. This would be helpful.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Than you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
