Question: Hi, for about the past two months when I ejaculate there is no sperm (milky substance) as I am ejaculting blood in various states/form from having a browny tinge to almost being like having a cut. The volume of fluid/blood ejaculated is less than 10ml and probably closer to 5ml...HISTORY I have previously had my testicals checked with an ultra sound about a year ago and nothing was found back then. At that time ( a year ago) I had the same thing but to a much lesser extent where the semen/sperm came out some what with a browny tinge like from blood. This lasted for a few months then went away. At all times when I ejaculate the sperm fluid produced was very minimal being less than 5ml. I have not had unprotected sex . I have never been with a male partner and have not been

Brief Answer:
evaluation for prostate problem is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Your history and brown discharge probably with blood during ejaculation suggests possibility of testicle or prostate problem.

You have done check-up of testicles and that was normal. Considering your age problem of prostate should be ruled out.

I recommend consulting urologist for your problem.

You may need investigations like - Ultrasound, serum PSA(prostate specific antigen), Urine routine micro and culture, semen analysis and semen culture. Problem is there since 2 months so I suggest going to doctor soon and do the required investigations for proper diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
