Is this a one time observation or has this been going on for long ?
Also, are there any other symptoms like painful testis or pains during ejaculation ?

If this is a recent observation, I'll suggest you to monitor on at least 5 different encounters over a two weeks period to make sure it is really permanent and not transient. If there are any other symptoms, kindly report to me.
