Not much, but if at all the urine has an initial red tinge to it, meaning (heamturia, i.e. blood in urine), then the source of the bleed should be somewgere along the urine pathway (i.e. kidneys, ureter, urinary bladder, urethra which also passes near from the prostate that can cause compression when enlarged). I would recommend an ultrasound examination sir, that investigation will greatly help.
