Hematospermia (blood in the semen) can be caused by many things. Luckily in most 23 year old men the causes are usually not something serious like cancer.
This can be caused by infections, trauma (even excessive masturbation), irritation of the seminal vesicles, bladder or prostate.
If this just happened once then it is probably not anything to worry about. If it happens recurrently you need to see a doctor and have an exam, urinalysis and possibly other testing to determine the cause.

could it be that i popped a small blood vessel cause i squezed it before i ejaculated? cause it stated happening after i did that

ok ive only masturbated once after it happen n it didnt look as bad the second time
