Brief Answer:
if repeat is cloudy and shows blood then urine may need to be sent to lab

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The main cause of cloudy urine is the presence of blood, the blood itself causes the cloudy appearance. Dehydration is also a cause for some persons.

The cause of the blood in the urine would need to be determined if possible. There are some persons in whom the cause is not found.
Causes of blood in the urine include: (1)infection of the urinary tract (UTI)- this is most common
(2)vaginal infection such as yeast infection, the surface would be irritated and this would cause blood
(3)atrophic vaginitis- with aging and dryness of the vaginal area, blood can be seen because the surfaces are dry
(4)a stone in the urinary tract can also cause blood but this would be associated with abdominal pain
(5)trauma to the urinary tract

The urinalysis , as you mentioned, should be repeated, if this is cloudy then urine should be sent to the lab for more in depth analysis.
The lab would be able to determine if bacteria is present.

If no symptoms are present at that time and no bacteria is identified then you may be monitored.
If symptoms such as abdominal pain start then further testing such as an ultrasound, may be needed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
