Question: hi I had a abnormal papsmar about 3yrs ago and I had baby a year ago now I have little blood clots when I gat my period is that normal??

Over the course of our lives it's not unusual for menstrual periods to change somewhat. It really has nothing to do with what the Pap smears check for which is cervical cancer. Pap smear recommendations have undergone significant changes in the last decade because of HPV testing. Also our understanding of disease progression has changed. Most abnormal Pap smear simply resolve themselves but require observation. Only persistent abnormalities or very severe abnormalities require treatment. Please don't overlook getting recommended Pap smears but I do not think you have to be concerned that the cycle changes you describe are in anyway worrisome.
