Brief Answer:
This indicates inflammation of middle ear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

It seems from the history that you are having blocked ear with a sound when you swallow or open the jaw.
This indicates otitis media, a condition characterized by inflammation of middle ear. The common varieties are secretory otitis media or serous otitis media. Normally the pressure in the ear is kept normal because of a tube called as Eustachian tube which opens into the nose. In case of otitis media this eustachian tube gets blocked and causes symptoms of fullness in the ear and sound on swallowing.

The pain and swelling around the eye is because of referred pain from the ear and nose inflammation.

The treatment is by use of anti-inflammatory drugs and decongestant drugs. In case of infective etiology antibiotics are required.

This requires examination to find out the severity of otitis media and treatment accordingly. In some chronic and long standing cases surgical intervention may be required.

Hence I advice you to consult your ENT doctor for further examination and do get back to me with the examination report so that I can advice you more accurately.

Hope the information is helpful to you.
