Brief Answer:
Laparoscopy is best

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns about blocked fallopian tube.

This distal blockage of fallopian tubes is is generally due to a spasm. This needs to be confirmed by laparoscopy.

If there is blocked tubes during laparoscopy this can be opened by hysteroscopy.

If tubes are opened, chances of pregnancy are good thereafter

Thank You Doctor.

Laproscopy alone cannot clear the blockage???

Hysteroscopy may be required thereafter????

Any side effects of both the above surgeries???
