Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bloating, no appetite and no bowel movement for last 7 days is extreme constipation and causing all these symptoms. These are common sequelae of age related bowel functions decline. You need immediate laxative support, enema and suppositories followed by diet and lifestyle adjustments. Compliant use of laxatives will help in future. For now visit ER and let them do emergency treatment.

As far as diet lifestyle adjustments are concerned. Avoid dairy products, spicy foods, processed canned foods, alcohol, beer, soda, beverages of all kind,t ea , coffee etc. Eat small frequent meals. Prefer fibrous rich diet like fresh fruits and vegetables. Use yogurt and peppermint.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
