He is on dialysis. They did all kinds of scans and can't tell why.
Do you have any info for me.

Brief Answer:
Delayed absorption of major electrolytes and fluid
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us,
As your father is on dialysis, he might have the possibility of chronic renal (kidney) disease progressing to failure.
Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the parameter helps in releasing the impurities from the blood by the filtration action of kidney, it totally depends on normal functioning kidney.
As this GFR decreases it results in delayed absorption of major electrolytes and fluids, which are mostly excreted by kidney, resulting delayed excretion causing bloating and discomfort.
This prevents your father to take normal diet.
Advising to take renal parameters like GFR and renal plasma flow (RPF) and getting treating physician opinion.
Take care.
Brief Answer:
yes,it removes the impurities
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Nice to see you again,
Yes, of course it removes all of this impurities.
But, the symptoms here might be due the increased level of this impurities, that’s why am asking for GFR and RPF to assess the level of damage and proceed as follow.
Take care.
