I've gone through your query and reviewed the attached images...

It seems like an acute allergic response (Hives), can be due to any newly introduced food products/seasonal/even due to some external allergens(clothing most notably)...better to find out the offending agent and avoid it...

For symptomatic relief, you can continue the Cetrizine Syp (as you're already giving) for the next 3-4 days...

Instead of coconut oil, I'd suggest applying a soothing lotion like Lactocalamine/Calamine lotion twice daily, for the time being, this should be enough for controlling...
