What Causes Blisters On Hands And Redness On The Face And Feet?
Question: Hi,
My 3,5 y old twin boys developed some rushes on their hands and in between the toes. They are very itchy,it kept one of my boys awake during last night. 2years ago my daughter had scabies and it took the doctors 4weeks to figure out what it was. I am scared my boys got scabies. In the morning a nurse checked them and said its foot and mouth disase not scabies. I am still not convinced tho as I said with my daughter it took weeks until the figured it was scabies. Before they did it was allergic reaction,chickenpox... If I upload a pic could you tell if it's really head foot and mouth disase. My boys also have a bit of runny nose and caugh. Pone of them had an ulcer on his tongue about a week ago p,but just one.

Thank you so much for your answer. When my daughter had scabies it was a nightmare. We are a family of 7(5kids) and all of us had to have the treatment even though "only" my two girls had any symptoms. I wasnt convinced its head foot and mouth disase because my daughters had really bad ulcers in their mouth for days and only one of my twins had ulcer. It's a big relief you say it's not scabies. I forget to mention we also got a kitten 3 weeks ago and my boys are carying and petting him all the time but I am sure if you are confident it's head foot and mouth disase is neither allergic reaction to the kitten or scabies.
