Brief Answer:
Likely a combination of allergy & yeast infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for asking query.

- I had gone through your image. There are possibility of two things on your penis, as per your image.

- First is yeast infection, I suggest you to apply candid ointment (Clotrimazole). Apply 2 to 3 times in a day.

- Second is allergy to drug as you have mentioned. I advice you to take cetrizine tablet that will prevent itching as well as treat the blister also. It is over the counter medication in most of the countries.

If you have anything else to ask I will be very happy to answer that. We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.
Thank you,

Answered by Dr. Arun (13 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
unlikely herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Based on the appearance of those lesions it seems unlikely to be herpes. Most probably these are fungal infection with or without secondary infection. I am unsure what cream you have used. I recommend you visit a doctor for a broad day light examination. You might need a course of antibiotic and antifungal drugs. I am unsure the lesions will respond well to over the counter medications, therefore a visit to a doctor is recommended.

Brief Answer:
likely fungal infection because of steroid use.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

If you use steroid cream in short course it will give relief to symptoms, but in long time it causes fungal infection.
