Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Your symptoms can be caused by bile ducts stones. The fact that you have had gallstones indicates some tendency of gallstones creation at your case. Removing the gallbladder, you can not get rid of this tendency. So some patient after gallbladder removal will have stones in bile ducts. More over, some part of gallbladder surgeries results with non complete gallbladder removal. The tiny part which can be left, can contains stones as well and give similar to gallstones symptoms. If the stone will obstructs the bile duct, urine gets dark and stool gets pale. Other possibility is that you may have liver viral infection as lots of surgeries was performed at your case. I suggest you to have some more tests. GGTP, AP, bilirubin, amylase, lipase, urine amylase, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done at first. If GGTP and AP will be normal, HbSAg and Anti-HCV tests should be done as well. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.
