Question: I have had blood 5 times in mouth today, had INR checked it's ok started MS med 11 days ago Aubagio it's not listed as side effect. I dont have to spit it out there is more than that in there also bright red

You have bleeding in mouth. Your INR is normal so its not due to drug or bleeding tendency.

You may have portal hypertension or liver disease that leads to esophageal varices and bleeding in mouth.

You should go for ultrasound abdomen, complete liver function test and endoscopy. It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
