Brief Answer:
consult oral surgeon for Scaling , Nothing to be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.

Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I hae read your query and understand your concern . As far as bleeding from gums while brushing is concerned this can be due to Gingival inflammation , deposition of food debris (calculus) in subgingival areas of gums .
There is nothing to be worried so much . I will suggest you to consult Oral surgeon for Oral prophylaxis (Scaling and Root planning ) . Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Use Chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly . Use soft bristle toothbrush to brush your teeth . You can use toothpaste like Colgate Total or Hiora regular toothpaste to brush your teeth .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
