Brief Answer:
Please check your blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Bleeding from the nose can be caused by high blood pressure, nose inflammation (doe to infection), some injury of the nose (including blowing) or with no apparent reason (when there are some blood vessels close to the nose surface).
If you take anticoagulants, this can be also the reason of such bleeding.

Please check your blood pressure at first. If its high, that is the reason. If its regular, and your heart rate is fine (lower than 100), you may wait and see. If it reappears, please consult laryngologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
