Brief Answer:
gum infection, stains, oral prophylaxis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query.

The bleeding from your mouth could be because of the gum infection. The gum infection could result in enlargement of the gums, redness and bleeding from the gums while brushing your teeth.

The yellowish discoloration of teeth could be because of stains and deposits.
Consult a oral physician and get your teeth cleaned (oral prophylaxis) once and maintain the oral hygiene after that. you can use mouth washes. Rinse your mouth soon after eating anything.
Brush your teeth morning and night before going to bed.

I hope my answer will help you. take care.

If any queries are there then you can reply me back.
