Brief Answer:
Endoscopy is the only way

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problem.
The bleeding from the anus which is fresh and without pain can be due to following causes:
Internal piles (hemorrhoids).
Anal fissure (but is painful).
Polyp or a mass which can be cancer or benign (not a cancer)
Ulcer

Proper examination by per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy, and colonoscopy will find the reason, a diagnosis which will decide the further management.

Consult a General Surgeon or Gastroenterologist for the proper diagnosis and further investigations and treatment.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please get the tests done immediately and post the reports so that we can discuss further.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for reply. I forgotten to mention that during last two days, three times I had bleeding that also in big quantity. However, my stool was pale yellow which seams healthy and had no blood and it seems as if it comes from other opening area. Now it has stopped. Shall I approach doctor on next discharge or now itself. Also which doctor will be better to approach as i do not want to visit one doctor after another as I can not afford expenses. I live in XXXXXXX and an ex-serviceman and lot of hospitals in XXXXXXX are under ECHS panel. Could you please suggest 2-3 hospital and specifically recommend name of the doctor whom should I approach? I will be thankful for this advise.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Preliminary colonoscopy now and at the time of next episode of bleeding

Detailed Answer:
First of all salutes to the Ex-Serviceman.
...

Examination at the time of bleeding can get to the cause otherwise in some cases and diseases it is impossible to find the cause if there is no bleeding. And this happens in cases of telangiectasia and such rare disorders.

I think you should have preliminary check up now, including colonoscopy and detailed work up at the time of episode of bleeding.

You have to consult a Gastroenterologist, either Medical or surgical.
Get to the hospital which has good Gastroenterologist. Since you are covered with ECHS and have a list of Hospitals find the one with all facilities.
We both shall do the homework to find the best one hospital for you.

I hope this answer helps you.
