I have blackness on both sides of my nose, please find the attachment to see my face. I have tried skinlite for some days but not useful. Can you please suggest any Ointment/face wash/soaps to reduce that black pigmentation on both the sides of my nose and for my oily face.

Brief Answer:
combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin and flucinolone acetonide

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
I understand your concern.
I can appreciate the pigmentation on side of your nose. It seems that you wear spectacles and the skin in contact has darkened.
in such cases, I prefer to advise a combination of Hydroquinone, tretinoin and flucinolone acetonide to my patients. It is applied very precisely over the spots only in night time. It should be applied fpr a duration of 2-3 weeks depending on the response followed by kojic acid cream.
You should stop using Skinlite cream.
If spectacles is the reason, preferably change the spectacles.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription accordingly.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps. Take care.

Brief Answer:
clearz XXXXXXX cream

Detailed Answer:
Hii.
I prefer to advise Clearz XXXXXXX cream , Dr. Reddy's brand.
it is applied strictly in night time over the affected area in mimimal possible amount.
Avoid dettol soap. Rather you should use mild soaps like Dove, pears.
You may use regular face wash like Facecare face wash , Abbott's brand.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
Take care.
