Brief Answer:
You may have occult bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some bleeding from upper gastrointestinal tract. It leads to black coloured stool. You should go for occult blood test in stool. If it comes positive then you should go for ultrasound abdomen or upper gastrointestinal endoscopy accordingly. But you need stool occult blood test first. Give me follow up with your report.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
You have bleeding with or without pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have pancreatitis so your pain is due to pancreatitis. Your gastrointestinal bleeding may be with or without pain. Increased frequency of motion is due to irritation or some infection. Don't worry much about that. Just be relaxed. Just go for testing.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
