Brief Answer:
If required MRI brain and spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Due to injury to spine there can be nerve damage or cerebellum injury. I will advise clinical examination and then if required MRI brain and spine.

Medication like methylcobalamine with multivitamin and antacid will reduce symptoms. You can take them consulting your treating doctor.
If your entire test comes normal then I will advise to consult psychiatrist for needful counselling and management.

I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Take care.
