What Causes Black Dots On Neck And Itching Skin?

Question: My daugher developes black dots on her neck & her skin itches , specially the stomach & back area . The itching is so sever that it developes into rashes . Also her elbow and heel is turning black . Pls suggest a solution .

Brief Answer: Becker nevus or actinic keratosis Detailed Answer: Hi, Please do not be bothered with the terms mentioned above. They are most often benign conditions in a child with dark macules on the sun exposed area in children. I suggest you to confirm the diagnosis with a Dermatologist locally. If they confirm the treatment is simple. The children enjoy normal life even with the above diagnosis. All the best.
