Brief Answer:
Calcium supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Low placenta and cervical stitches do not cause back pain.
Back pain in pregnancy is due to stretching of ligaments due to increased size of uterus and increased calcium requirement in pregnancy.

I will suggest you to take calcium supplementation, drink plenty of milk, apply pain relief gel on back and take Paracetamol 500 mg SOS after food in case of extreme pain.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if there's any further query.
