I'm 10dp5dt and I'm getting worsen crumbs and back pain and my breasts are very painful. I've done couples of hpt and all negative. is there any hope?

In my opinion get an ultrasound and bHCG level testing done because it can be an early pregnancy or a tubal ectopic pregnancy which is a surgical emergency.
Early pregnancy can be there ( though less chances), it can be due to delayed ovulation and hence might give late results on urine pregnancy tests.
Get the reports and visit your gynecologist.
In case reports are normal then she will give you progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
