Brief Answer:
Another opinion & stress ECG necessary

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The ideal option is to get ANOTHER OPINION!!!

It is easier to be followed up in the place where one stays… there are reputed hospitals in XXXXXXX ..
One needs to be sure for the cause of pain…
In such a situation, generally a THALLIUM STRESS ECG is done to exclude ischemia as the cause of chest pain
There could be block in the graft or progression of disease in the native coronary artery – which needs to be investigated / and the only way short of repeating the angio is Stress imaging as suggested

The first medicines – aspirin(ecosprin), prasugrel(Prasudoc), atorvastatin(lipicure) are appropriate and need to be continued for at least one year or more…

Take care
Good luck

thank you so much doctor.
please let me know , what is the role of "calcirolsach", whcih XXXXXXX cardilogist suggetsed to start. and he also told my dad to stop stop prasudac for night .

shall we do that , or do the same which earlier our XXXXXXX doctor suggested (prasudac BD, ecospria OD, lipicure HS.).

Brief Answer:
Need to continue XXXXXXX drugs...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I presume it is Calcirol – which is a proprietary name; it is Cholecalciferol (vitamin D₃); can be taken

Ecosprin and Prasudoc are antiplatelet drugs – they are routinely given and the aim is to prevent platelet clumping (clotting) and further heart attack / they should be continued. Lipicure reduces bad cholesterol and also has anti-oxidant properties and is to be taken lifelong.
