Question: My fiancee after we talk on phone she usually experience sexual excitement which is causing backache? Whey is that so. Is there a way to stop that is it dangerout to her health?

Hello sir there is nothing to worry about it. it is common and will go after regular sexual activity or child birth.
But obviously that is not there in near future so ask her to keep a hot water bottle beneath the affected area.
