Brief Answer: It could be due to UTI or Less intake of water. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a smelly urine . The strong smell of the urine could be due 1) It is concentrated mostly due to less water intake 2) UTI. 3) Some medical conditions like uncontrolled Diabetes . Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out if there is any infection and organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to. Ensure to drink more water (4-5 litres per day)so as to keep your urine dilute . In case of positive report for presence of infection take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report. infection take, Rule our diabetes by doing blood sugar tests.
