Brief Answer:
Aphthous ulcer, traumatic ulcer, medication

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the ulcers and blisters are concerned, this can occur secondary to the trauma caused by the teeth (biting) when the oral cavity was numb following extraction. The other possible cause can be because of the aphthous ulcers which occurs secondary to stress or any surgical procedures.
Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical analgesic like choline salicylate and topical anesthetic like lignocaine. Do saline gargling. It's a self limiting condition and it will heal in 5 days.
These are the possible causes, diagnosis and treatment plan based on your description of your problem. If you can upload the images I can give you exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope my answer will help you. Take care.

Brief Answer:
You can use topical anesthetic and analgesic

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Yes You can apply the topical anesthetic and analgesic when sutures are still there. These reduces the pain caused by the pulling effect of sutures. Nothing to worry you can use it.
