Brief Answer:
AML is a slow growing non malignant tumor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

Angiomyolipomas(AML), are not cancerous tumors.
They're slow growing tumors.
But the confirmatory test is to do a MRI scan.(MRU).

Both your scans are CT scans. They aren't advised by an Urologist either.
You should be seeing an Urologist only.
If a biopsy is needed, only he can decide.

You can send the MRI scans here for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.

Doctor My urologist advised me to wait.If it grows again he can block the blood supply to the leision through a process like Angiogram with the help of Cardiologist. I submitted to you only USG reports.Initially i was advised to take CT and diagnosis was two reasons. My urologist ruled out the carcinoma since minimum fatty content is there.
Again i submit herewith the CT scan report.Am i in the right diagnosis Doctor

Brief Answer:
Fat content can't be made out on an ultrasound scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Sorry, i meant the U/S scans.
Fat content in a tumor cannot be made out, out on ultrasound scan
The fat content of AML, can be best made out on a MRI scan.
Once confirmed, then you can be almost sure, it's an AML.
That's the reason, some centers still insist on a renal biopsy.

No Urologist will proceed in advising diagnosis of AML, without a MRI today.
This is for your safety, as fat content cannot be out be made out on U/S scan.
A CT-IVU, is also not as accurate as a MRI scan.
Even after MRI, a biopsy is done to confirm diagnosis, in some centers.

Wish you well.
