Brief Answer:
More likely to be fissure in ano rather than hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know few more information.

Is there any difficulty in passing stool?
Do you have constipation problem?
Do you strain much while passing stool?
Is there any blood on stool?

Based on your information it is more likely to be fissure in ano rather than hemorrhoids. But it requires an examination of your anus to confirm.

I would have examined your anus, if nothing was found I would have gone for digital rectal examination and or proctoscopy for confirming the diagnosis.

Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water, eat diet rich in fiber. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Need for medicines can be decided on examination.

So kindly provide additional information, so that I can help you out in better way.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
