From the last five days during bowel momemts high bleeding is happening when i put preesure to discharge hard stool. Once it stops again bleeding is not happening even i apply pressure. Already iam having piles. what could be the reason and helpme

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. You are reporting to have had bleeding during pressure to discharge hard stools.
These symptoms may be due to :
- rectal hemorrhoids
- anal fissure
2. If I were your treating doctor I would suggest to do recto sigmoidoscopy to better evaluate the stage of anal hemorrhoids.
3. Meantime I would suggest to :
- use plenty of water
- use olive oil
- use vegetables and fresh fruits
- increase physical activity
- use stools softener like Metamucil to avoid constipation
- use preparation H at anal area.

In the past also i had this problem but the bleeding was not tht much profuse. This time bleeding is profuse. Iam daily taking 4liters of water and vegetables and fruits. It will heel on its own r shall i hav to undergo medication
