Brief Answer:
Need some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

The oozing rash seems bothering you. It seems to be infected. You will need to see a doctor who can clean the area with antiseptic agents after sending pus discharge for labs (antibiotic sensitivity and culture). The doctor can then start you on emperical antibiotic such as (Cefixime 200mg twice daily) and change the treatment depending on the test report.

This process should clear those rashes.

Having said that, I would like to know some more information.
Since how long do you have rash?
Do you have any history of facial blemishes/pimples?
Is the rash seen anywhere else in the body?
Was it followed by any insect bite?
Do you have fever, chills or rigors?

Request you to share/upload the photograph if possible?

Awaiting your reply.
