Brief Answer:
A picture would help
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern. But in order for me to figure out the reason for the rash I would need more information and a picture.
Do you have a fever? Is the start of the rash associated with any trip? Are you on any medication? Do you have any other health concern? Have you tried anything for the rash? Does anything bring relief?
I will be waiting for your answer and picture.

Brief Answer:
Reaction to food
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the additional information. I suspect it is an allergic reaction to some food, so I suggest you start completely eliminating regular foods from your usual diet for a few days and see if the rash gets better. As you go, start to reintroduce these foods one at a time and see which one is associated to any reappearance or exacerbation of the rash.
I hope this helps. Please report back after you have tried this.
I hope this helps.
Wishing you all the best
