What Causes An Enlargement Of The Veins Within The Scrotum?

Question: Hi

I have sent in images twice for this vein I have seen on my left testicle pictures uploaded.

I have been told by Dr XXXXXXX and Dr XXXXXXX that it is of normal phenomenon would someone else just confirm that there is nothing to worry about and why this vein is present as I am worried

It is present when I am sitting I was worried about varicose veins but the urologist said they dont Come k. The front part is that right?

It's like from the right middle going down one more confirmation for peace of mind. The appearace is this normal for men?
