Brief Answer:
Check the type of food you are taking

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

For both acidity and belly fat, please check the type of food you are taking.

For acidity avoid spicy food, fermented food, tinned food and juices, bread. Milk is helpful. Avoid outside food. Hygienic home cooked food and clean drinking water will help to avoid any stomach infections. Stress can also be a cause. If this does not help, then syrup Digene can be tried when acidity is high. If this also does not help then tab Rantac can be taken half hour before food. I don’t think liv52 will be helpful.

For belly fat, take low fat foods. Fatty foods like milk products (cheese, butter, ghee, icecream, creamy foods etc) are to be avoided. Small meals to be taken. Regular exercises for atleast 30 min a day will be helpful. There are some medicines and surgical procedures, but these can have side effects.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
