Brief Answer:
It is because of breast feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query.

I have read your query and understand your concern. From your query I have understood that you did not get your periods after the month of february and you are breastfeeding your baby regularly.

You are not getting your periods because of breastfeeding. Almost all mothers who are fully breastfeeding their babies are free of menstrual periods for the first six months. This is called lactational amenorrhea.

Ovulation does not take place and you do not have menstrual periods. The exact duration of amenorrhea depends on each woman's nursing pattern and on her own physiology.

So should I think that it is contraceptive. There is no chance of getting pregnant in these days. It keeps me worrying that may be I may get pregnant . Ofcourse we use methods to prevent it stil it worrys me. Can I get copper T to prevent else should I wait for my first period to arrive. Kindly let me know.

Can I also start my exercise also from now?.

The answer is yes to all your questions. Will explain in detail as below:

So should I think that it is contraceptive.
A. Yes it is a natural contraceptive. But you never know nature. What if your next cycle is due. In such a case you will ovulate for this month and may get pregnant.

A. You can get a copper-t to prevent.
