Question: This all started in 2013 after i had my child. The abnormal bleeding, bleed for 60 days, one week off, then start again. I would also feel my hormone levels changing, it is a hot flash rolling feeling. Blood clot sizes are anywhere between the size of a dollar and a quarter. I would also bleed more with exercise.
I have tried the pill, bad acne and weight gain. I have tried the Mirana, it dropped from the top of the uterus and sat on the cervix, in other words it didn't work.
I have seen 4 different doctors and everyone has said something different. The only thing they all have said surgery.

Besides surgery and changing meds, what is a girl to do?

I have also been diagnosis of PCOS and adenomyosis. i honesly do not know if either of these are true. so many different opinions.

Did you have anemia or have anemia because is a long time with vaginal bleeding?
No
Do you feel weak?
No, just exhausted, my strength is still there
What kind of hormonal treatment did you use?
I have tired pill and iud
Do you have abdominal pain during vaginal bleeding?
No pain at all, i had a biopsy and didn't feel anything. docs thinks that not normal too
When is the last time you have done a trans vaginal scan?
I had an internal and external ultrasound last week, that's when they found out the iud had fallen out of place and they pulled it. everything else was normal. they ultrasound before that was July 2016, that's when the diagnosis of adenomyosis came into play.
