Brief Answer:
I think there is no need to worry

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your query.

I think there is no need to worry, this may be insignificant and will reduce with time.

The area which you showed in picture is less likely location for blood clot.

If your symptoms reoccur frequently then you need to investigate further.
Ultrasonography/colour Doppler will help to rule pathology leading sudden swelling.

I will advise you to do HRCT if symptoms persist.

Another possibility of tendon/muscle internal injury with abnormal muscle twitch leading to abnormal pop out.
Clinical examination will help to rule out it.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
