Brief Answer:
It is normal finding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question carefully and understand your concern.

Hysterectomy is a major surgery and the recovery process will take several weeks(4 TO 6 WEEKS) not to say months .

While your body is recovering, small amount of bleeding are a sign that internal tissues are healing and repairing themselves.

Hence is normal to have pinkish vaginal discharge after 11 days of total hysterectomy.

During this time, you should rest as much as possible and not lift anything heavy, such as bags of shopping.

Your muscles and the surrounding tissues need time to heal.

You should contact with your follow-up gynecologist if only if you will have heavy vaginal bleeding .

Hope I was helpful, and feel free for further discussion.

Best regards
