Brief Answer:
Full ECG report is needed... Could you upload it?

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

I need to have the complete ECG report (with full description of all leads) to give a more precise answer.

It might be a cardiac problem, an artefact or a misreading from the machine. Human interpretation is needed.

Looking forward to have the ECG report in.

Brief Answer:
Normal ECG...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the ECG report.

I have gone through it carefully, and overall, I found a normal ECG with normal sinusal rhythm, with no repolarization abnormalities and no data about ischemic heart disease.

I have noted a QS on dIII and AVF that the machine has interpreted as passed inferior myocardial infarction; however, final human interpretation is "A NORMAL ECG".

All the best!
