Brief Answer:
need more information. Antispasmodic+PPI+NSAID

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and appreciate your concern.

Looking at the presenting illness, the cause of severe intermittent abdominal pain may be due to ureteric colic or gall stones or gastritis or due to spasmodic bowel movement. For immediate relief antispasmodic drug like dicyclomine with proton pump inhibitors(PPI) like pantoprazole may help her. If not relieved then NSAID like Ibuprofen or aceclofenac may help her.

The treatment should be based diagnosis. So if you give more information on where exactly the pain is present, any associated symptoms and what type of pain like burning or squeezing or any other will help in diagnosis an targeting the treatment. For now ask her to take plenty of fluids.

I hope this information helps you and answered your question. I will be waiting for more information. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health.
Regards
