What Causes Abdominal Pain, Fever, Chills, Constipation, Diarrhea And Bloating?
Question: Hi! I have a question about stomach tenderness and pain. It started yesterday day time. I have a lot of pain lower abdomen and near buttocks occasionally - that's more like pressure. I also feel occasional tenderness and pain upper abdomen. Also little tender when pressureing on stomach. Pain varies throughout day - gets better, then worse but is not so sever that I cant do things. Yesterday night time I had chills and had fever 100.5 but it came down and hasn't gone up again. I seem to be constipated and bloated. I had diarrhea only once .. fever is gone just weird taste in mouth. What can it be? Is it possible peritonitis? or something else?

Is it possible peritonitis?
No this may not be peritonitis as the pain would have been severe enough not allowing you to move even a bit without severe excruciating pain....

I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor and send the sample of stool, urine and blood for routine tests and get started with proper medicines.
If no relief within a few days, then go for further investigations and management.

My fever was only once and since then has not repeated it self but I do feel weak and little more sweaty - no major nausea or vomiting.
I understand that you don't think it can be peritonitis? Can it hide itself for awhile?
Weird is that after sitting down it is little painful in very low abdomen when I get up. Also it is slightly painful in lower abdomen when trying to pass gas. I do have some belching.. is there a reason for these symptoms? Also I have had hard time today to go and pass stool.. it feels like constipation.
What about aortic aneurysm in stomach? Is it possible ?
