What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Question: my wife is on her 13th week of pregnancy, shall we have sex.

she also having abdominal pain nowadays, is this harm her if I had sex

As she has entered 2nd trimester of pregnancy it is safe to have sex. Any pain in abdomen during pregnancy should be thoroughly investigated. It could be due to as simple as reason of constipation .
It would be very helpful if you could provide me following additional information for abdominal pain

1. Where is exact location of pain in abdomen?

2. Is the pain constant or colicky?

3. Does she have urinary or bowel complaints?

4. When was last ultrasound of abdomen done and what was the result

1.she was having right side if the lower abdomen

2. pain is not constant

3. No she don't have, but nowadays she sense very urgent to pass urine, but actual when goes for that its feels not that much urgent.

4. last NT scan she took only 4 days back, the doctor told baby is fine.

Also her body is very much heat

Any lower abdominal pain needs to be consulted by your Gynecologist. It would be very helpful if you could consult your Gynaecologist for routine assessment and examination, until then refrain from sexual intercourse.
