Question: I have been struggling with stomach problems recently I eat and get so bloated to the point I look pregnant and I have a little more of a bulge on my left side. I also have extreme gas pressure like after I got my tubes tied. My liver was a little high on alt it was 64 and got blood taken last week and its down to 62 which my doctor says is ok blood test scheduled in couple months to check .

The increased abdominal bloating after eating could be due to dysmotility dyspepsia/gastroparesis.
You can get relief with Reglan.
Check your blood glucose level as high blood glucose is one of the causes.

Increased ALT is most often due to fatty liver disease. You can confirm it with an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Reduce weight if you are obese.
Avoid alcohol if you have the habit of drinking alcohol.
