Question: Hi , I have developed white patch on d back side of penis n yes m frequently masturbating also I dint had sex ,I have observed dis white patch 2 days back, there's no irritation no itching, m worried what it might be.plz help.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed white patch on back of shaft of the penis .

Is it possible for you to upload photograph of the lesion (Patch) so as to make precise comment on your problem .

The white patch on shaft of the penis is mostly what is called as BXO which is variant of Lichen Planus. However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist .

This is a progressive disease and there is no treatment for this condition .Using topical steroid ointment helps to arresrs the progress of the disease
