Brief Answer:
Could be allergy

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There are several possibilities but most common this is caused by food allergies, blood blisters or mouth ulcer. In every case, you should avoid food that causes it, avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Also, wash mouth with antibacterial mouth water. If there is no improvement, you should see dentist or ENT doctor since in some cases it may indicate hemangiomima or viral infection.

Wish you good health. Regards
