Question: i have a tiny red spot in my inner lip in my mouth it appears then go away in a few days I been noticing it for a while I don't know what it is it appears when I eat salty sunflower seeds too can u tell me what it is

In every case, you should avoid food that causes it, avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Also, wash mouth with antibacterial mouth water.
