Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I have seen your attached pics and I would say that it seems to me fungal infection with secondary bacterial infection leading to swelling and lump.
First of all get your blood sugar tested.
I would recommend in such case Topical Mupirocin cream along with oral Anti fungal like Itraconazole.
Once the bacterial Infection settles you would need a long term treatment with Anti fungals and that too for atleast 4-6 weeks duration.
