Brief Answer:
The one ASAP and then decide as per the findings of Endoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/30 - benign polyp on follow-up endoscopy for gastritis 6 years ago - another Doctor recommended a follow-up every 3 years...

After reviewing the literature, there are no specific time-bound follow-up schedule for follow-up endoscopy duration. It is recommended that if you have single benign polyp, without any gastric mucosa changes and H pylori is negative the duration can be 3-5 years.
Now you are 30 years old, means the polyp was removed when you were 24, that is young age.
You can certainly go for a review endoscopy asap and then decide the schedule for the next as per the findings on endoscopy.

I hope this answer clears your doubts and gives you an idea of getting the review endoscopy stat and decide the next one as per the findings of the fresh Endoscopy.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF THIS POLYP. WHY I HAD THIS POLYP.
DURING FIRST ENDOSCOPY POLYP WAS NOT FOUND. DURING SECOND ENDOSCOPY AS A FOLLOWUP OF GASTRITIS, IT WAS FOUND. DOCTOR TOLD THAT POLYP WAS HID IN LAYERS SOMETIMES.

ANOTHER DOCTOR TOLD THAT POLYPS WHICH BEND ARE NOT DANGEROUS.

AM I AT RISK THAT POLYP CAN BE FOUND ELSEWHERE IN THE BODY. DOCTOR HAS NOT DONE H PYLORI. DOCTOR WHO HAS REMOVED MY POLYP HAS NOT TOLD ABOUT ANY FOLLOW UP ENDOSCOPY. HE TOLD IN GENERAL THAT EVERY PERSON IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE ENDOSCOPY EVERY YEAR.

4 MONTHS BEFORE, I HAD NORMAL ENDOSCOPY.

6 YEARS BEFORE I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH IBS AFTER COLONOSCOPY. 3 YEARS BEFORE I HAD INTERNAL HEMORROIDS AS PER DOCTOR.

5 MONTHS BEFORE WHEN I HAD COLONOSCOPY FOR BLOOD DURING TOILET, I HAD ANAL FISSSURE AFTER COLONOSCOPY. FEELING SOME CONSTIPATION. USING LACTI FIBER POWDER. ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT.

NEDD YOUR ADVICE FOR A HEALTHY LIFE.

Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Chronic stomach inflammation is the major cause of stomach polpi. Familial cause is very rare and some medications used to reduce acidity are known to cause such changes.
You must have developed due to gastritis that you have mentioned above.
You may not be at the risk of developing polypi in colon and intestine as you had colonocsopy 5 months back. Another risk factor is familial polyposis - that you do not have.
You Endoscopy 4 months back is normal hence nothing to worry about.
I hope the your internal hemorrhoid and fissure in ano problems must have been solved.
IBS: the commonest reason is the stress and/or anxiety.
Continue Lactifiber, healthy home made food; no junk food at all, avoid anything that has preservatives or unknown constituents.
Stop worrying- no stress and/or anxiety as it has negative effect on the whole body and on the intestines in particular.

I hope this answers your additional queries and addon on what to do and what to avoid.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
